The international partners oft he project from Italy, Germany, Portugal and Romania presented the results of two years work:
- The tourism survey on „Recovery after Covid-19 and meeting the challenges of the European Green Deal for futureproofing tourism SMEs“
- The 60 hours Training Program on Green Tourism
- The policy paper „How education can help tourism to achieve the Green Deal goals“
The relevance of SME’s in the tourism industry as driving force towards the Green Deal has turned out as one of the projects important results. Companies of this type are important for the change in tourism to achieve sustainability. The Green Deal and the Farm to Fork programme of the EU offer great opportunities for tourism businesses and a better environment.
The CREDinGREEN projects partner are convinced, that this knowledge will be transferred by the materials provided with the project.
